Cairn is built around a simple promise: your data belongs to you, your voice profile is yours, and we will never sell either. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to make us forget you.

What we collect

Account information you give us at sign-up (name, email, workspace name). The posts you author on connected platforms, used only to build your private voice profile. The replies you draft and post through Cairn, with their outcomes. Aggregated, anonymous usage data so we can keep the product fast.

What we never do

We never store your LinkedIn session cookie. We never read your DMs or your network. We never train shared models on your data. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

BYOK keys

If you bring your own Anthropic API key, it is encrypted at rest using GCP KMS envelope encryption. We never see it in plaintext after the moment you submit it.

Deletion

Email hello@getcairn.xyz and we will delete your workspace and all associated data within 24 hours.
